Westminster City Council’s consultation on extending the Diesel Surcharge from the Marylebone Low Emissions Neighbourhood (LEN) across the city had the highest response-rate of any recent Council survey. It is great to see such strong engagement in BDS, with our Ward contributing the highest number of respondents. We expect that the results will show support for extending the surcharge across the city, and look forward to the implementation.
