Your local Councillors have been very active in pressing CityWest Homes to deal with concerns raised by residents. We were glad to have the opportunity on 30th May to show CWH Chief Executive Jonathan Cowie and his Warwick Ward team during a walkabout in Abbots Manor some of the pressing issues, introduce him to residents and discuss possible improvements.
Cllr Flight said: “We know from our own mail bag the really poor level of customer service too many of our residents have had to deal with over the last year. Thankfully, the Council intervened and a new emphasis was given to addressing the backlog of repairs that had built up and ensuring that CWH customer services team deals as often as possible with issues on the first time of someone calling.”
