Alpha Close

Residents living in Hanover Gate Mansions and Palgrave Gardens contacted your local Councillors about the difficulty they had been experiencing of exiting from Alpha Close onto Park Road (A41) given the increase in vehicles traffic on this busy A road. Your Councillors contacted Transport of London (TfL) who manage Park Road and secured a ‘Keep Clear’ box be painted at this junction so by making it easier for residents and other road users to get out and into this road.

As one resident told us ‘the introduction of this box has improved accessibility into and out of Alpha Close and I am very grateful for the work of our local Councillors especially Cllr Rigby who was instrumental in pushing for this to take place’.

If you have any local highway issues please contact us or use the online street problem reporting service: www.westminster.gov.uk/report-it-roads-and-pavements
