We are delighted to report that a new post office service will open at 19 Clifton Road, London, W9 1SY on Wednesday 21st February 2018 at 13:00. Readers may recall that your local Conservative councillors strongly opposed the closure of the original post office on Clifton Road several years ago and so we are pleased to report that our efforts to get a post office back have succeeded.
Customers will be able to carry out a wide range of post office transactions alongside retail purchases. The opening hours for post office services will be Mon – Sat 08:00 – 19:00 and Sun 08:00 – 18:00.
Local ward activist Matthew Green said: “This is good news for our community. This key facility will provide an important service to our older residents and also to many working people who will find the longer hours very helpful.
