Your Lancaster Gate and Bayswater Councillors, have taken action following residents’ complaints about deliveries to Planet Organic on Westbourne Grove. Within the last 12 months there have been four complaints made to the Westminster noise team regarding deliveries to Planet Organic.
The Noise Team have contacted Planet Organic who confirmed that all of their deliveries occurred between 07:00 and 23:00 apart from one company, Langridge Organic, who deliver early. They have contacted Langridge Organic to ask them to take action to reduce their impact on residents including using trolleys with rubber wheels to reduce the noise from unloading . The noise team are still in touch with the business to discuss what other actions could be taken including moving deliveries until later in the morning.
The team will be conducting proactive visits to ascertain if the deliveries are likely to be a statutory nuisance.
