Bus routes

Proposed bus changes

TfL would like your views on proposed changes to bus routes which run through NW8. The bus routes are 139, 189, 13, 82 and 113 serving St John’s Wood, West Hampstead, Swiss Cottage, Finchley Road, Baker Street and Oxford Street.

The proposals include some changes to their frequency, re-routings, extensions and even withdrawals. TfL indicate these proposed changes are designed to improve these bus services for commuters and reflect changing needs.  Your local Councillors would encourage you to share your views by visiting www.tfl.gov.uk/consultations  The consultation runs until Friday 30 September 2016.

Westminster roads and lighting

Westminster City Council continues to look at its highways (roads & footways) and public lighting to ensure they are kept in the best possible order.  With this in mind we are embarking on developing our planned maintenance programmes for 2017/18.  Your local Councillors are therefore keen to hear from residents about any carriageway, footway or public lighting in Regent’s Park ward which you feel need to be included in this programme.  Please email [email protected] with the name of the street, the problem, the precise location and your suggestion on the improved works needed.  The consultation ends on Friday 16 September 2016.
