The Pimlico area Conservative organised performance of Handel's Messiah in Churchill Ward at St Barnabas Church was a great success.
Warwick Ward Councillor Christabel Flight has been the driving force behind the performance, which brought Pimlico residents together, including Churchill Ward Candidate Jacqui Wilkinson, to provide an evening of wonderful music and joy. Proceeds from the evening are being shared between the Sir Simon Milton Foundation, St Barnabas Church and Warwick Ward.
In September 2015, we hope to open the doors of the Sir Simon Milton University Technical College in Churchill Ward. It will provide young people with the education for a career in engineering or a clear path towards a university degree. Supported by the University of Westminster, The Mayor of London, Network Rail, BT and Land Securities, this facility could help change the lives of 500 students every year.
