Vincent Square Ward covers an area of central London that is bordered by the River Thames to the south, the Palace of Westminster and St. James's to the east, Victoria Station to the north and Pimlico to the west. The ward includes Westminster Cathedral, the Victorian mansion blocks of Ashley Gardens and Edwin Lutyen's social housing around Page Street.

Vincent Square itself is one of London's largest squares and at 13 acres, is the largest privately-owned square in the city (it provides playing fields for nearby Westminster School) and is also home to the Royal Horticultural Society. The ward is diverse and, amongst many other groups, has a vibrant Bangladeshi community.

The ward is currently represented by three Conservative councillors, David Harvey, Martin Hayes and Selina Short.
