Fly-tipping is illegal and an eye-sore so when it happens we move quickly to have it removed. In June a resident made us aware of a large workman’s bag which had been dumped and left in the gardens of Bronwen Court, Grove End Road following what would seem to have been works on a wall next to this mansion block. As the photograph shows it was unsightly and started to attract other rubbish.

Your local Councillors moved quickly and contacted the landlord (City West Homes) given this rubbish had been left on their land and it was removed within a few days. ‘I would like to thank you very much for dealing with the rubbish issue. It was removed very quickly and it is much more pleasant to walk past every day’ said the resident who brought this issue to our attention. To report fly-tipping or rubbish in general please call the Environmental hotline on 020 7641 2000 or click here.
