Work to start on affordable homes in Adpar Street

Adpar Street

With the Adpar Street car park fully demolished, as soon as work is complete on the Parsons North development, Westminster City Council will start building 20 new community supportive homes which are self-contained flats for residents aged 60+. 

 

Thanks to your local Little Venice councillors, like units in Parsons North and West End Gate, they will all be offered through a local lettings policy so that local people have the first option for these properties. They will all be affordable homes offered at social rents. The scheme is planned to be completed in 2023.
