It is now one year since the council made the decision to put an end to CityWest Homes and bring back in-house the management of its housing stock on 1st April 2019.  

It will take some time to fully meet the high standards residents expect of us but our residents have already seen an increase in accountability and some positive early signs of an improvement to their services. Since April, Westminster Housing Services have been carrying out improvement works across our estates including Barrow Hill and Scott Ellis Gardens here in Regent’s Park ward.
