Regent's Park Councillor Paul Swaddle caught up with community activist and council candidate Ralu Oteh-Osoka.
"Here at Westminster, we are extremely proud to have the cleanest streets in central London.
"We are also very proud as a council that we do three collections per week, more than any other council, who do only one."
