Earlier tonight, West End Action Team member Elizabeth Gallagher joined members of the public for People's Question Time at City Hall. Labour's London Mayor Sadiq Khan was under the spotlight. Under his leadership, the Met Police is under special measures. Crime has spiralled out of control and people feel unsafe on the street.

Elizabeth explained

"I'm here at City Hall this evening where I've just attended the People's Question Time.

"Members of the public questioned the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, about housing, policing and transport.

"As usual, the Mayor avoided giving a straight answer to any of the questions that he was asked.

"It was good to hear Susan Hall, your London mayoral candidate, highlight the ongoing congestion caused by the Park Lane cycle lane.

"We know that this really matters to people who live in the West End and your West End Conservative Action Team has been campaigning against the scheme from the start.

"Let us know what you think and if we can help with any issues in the West End, then please do not hesitate to get in touch."
