Warwick Councillors are consistently working to improve waste disposal and recycling in Warwick Ward. This has included a campaign advising on how to dispose of rubbish correctly and greater enforcement. We have seen improvements but there is more to done. All current waste and recycling collection services are designed around having waste visible on the streets for as little time as practicable.Cllr Wilkinson, Deputy Cabinet Member for City Management, is overseeing a set of pilots across Westminster to see if we can be more imaginative in dealing with waste and  increasing recycling. She says "We are looking at a range of different options including varying the number, types, design and colour of on-street black and recycling bins. I will be keeping residents informed as the scheme progresses".
