A consultation with residents over the Seymour Leisure Centre and the Library yielded some excellent and thoughtful suggestions. At your suggestion, we’re now embarking on initial studies into the feasibility of bringing back the main pool, which has been boarded over and hidden from view for many years. This will all depend on how far the main pool may have deteriorated and you have suggested other options too, all of which will be reviewed. This would be in addition to the improvement of the library, gym and leisure offer.
