We more than appreciate the issues connected with Pedicabs and last year organised a petition to lobby the Government. Unfortunately other events got in the way of the Private Members Bill but we are undeterred as we are continuing to lobby for regulation in line with the rest of the country.
Discussing this recently with Paul Scully MP (who promoted the Private Members Bill) he is optimistic that there will be regulation soon. In the meantime, as our existing powers are limited regarding enforcement, we continue to have joint operations with the police.
