Gillingham Row behind the Queen Mother Centre has been a focal point for drug-related anti-social behaviour. To overcome this, Westminster City Council has installed railings along the length of Gillingham Row behind the QM to prevent unauthorised access.
Pimlico Councillor Jacqui Wilkinson comments: "This area has long been a problem for both Gillingham Row residents and the Council. We hope that the new railings will make life more pleasant for those living nearby."
