Your Little Venice team visiting a new home

Your Little Venice Conservative councillors are delighted to report that a number of overcrowded families from the Hall Park Estate are now settling into their new homes in the West End Gate development on Edgware Road.

This was possible as we had negotiated for a number of flats to be reserved for local families on the Hall Park Estate under a local lettings policy.  Additional families will also be helped when the Parsons North (Venice Court) development is completed in the next few weeks.  A further 10 families will then be able to move into larger 3-bedroomed flats in this new block.

This means that a total of 20 overcrowded families from the Hall Park Estate will have been able to move to larger social rented homes, thanks to the local lettings policy that we have insisted was part of these developments.  There are also a further 12 intermediate units that will be allocated to residents of the Hall Park Estate.
