Recognising the hard work of Westminster's street cleaning teams

Local Pimlico Councillor Jacqui Wilkinson caught up with one of Westminster's hard-working street cleaners this week.

Jacqui says

He has been cleaning up and keeping our streets around here absolutely fantastic.
