Cllr Burbridge and Cllr Emily Payne (Bayswater Ward) watched the Christmas lights on the Tree and the roads being switched on and they all look marvellous. A big thank you to Emily for organising most of the work.

For the first time we have taken the Christmas lights right up to Westbourne Terrace. What wonderful show to brighten up our days at this particular time. We have already had residents from the Hallfield Estate saying thank you it is wonderful to see Christmas lights from our windows.
