Keeping Westminster's streets clean is a huge undertaking. Refuse teams are out 24 hours a day, removing in the region of 450 tonnes of refuse from our City's streets. 

Cllr Selina Short says, 

"Unlike our neighbouring boroughs we've maintained at least three bin collections a week - one recycling and two general waste - with far more in a number of areas."
