My Westminster Fund

We have just learnt that the third round of the #MyWestminster Fund is now open. Local groups can apply for up to £10,000 for community projects promoting the environment, neighbourhoods, young people and community cohesion in Westminster. The fund is open to all voluntary organisations, resident, faith and community groups in Westminster. The deadline for bidding is Thursday 21 March 2019. More information and details of how to apply can be found by clicking here

Cllr Christabel Flight, Older People’s Champion, commented: ‘I am pleased to see that places that care for Westminster residents, such as our residential care homes, as well as schools are eligible.”

The background is blurred, featuring snow-covered ground and indistinct figures or objects

Homelessness and rough sleeping is rising under Labour

Monday, 16 March, 2026

The Labour-led council has allowed this crisis to get worse, with near year-on-year increases, without proper support to help people off the streets. This is the reality of life under this Labour-led Council: distracted by pet projects and headlines instead of helping vulnerable people who really need it.
