Monitoring development sites across the City remains one of our top priorities in order to ensure that these cause as little disruption as possible. We have recently recruited a dedicated planning enforcement officer for Knightsbridge & Belgravia, Rishma Sangha.
She is out and about every day checking up on activity around the ward. If you have concerns about any particular site do let us know so that we can make sure it is properly looked into.

"It is fantastic that we have Rishma concentrating solely on planning enforcement in Knightsbridge & Belgravia. She is incredibly responsive and quick to pick up on any breaches of planning conditions and she has been out meeting local people and hearing their concerns about nearby construction.
"We were able to take on Rishma using our ward budget fund - with the amount of development in the area, it was money that was very well spent."
