Security

Westminster City Council has begun the consultation process for phase one its improvement to the security of Lillington and Longmoore Gardens. These measures, including new secure gates, have been won though the hard work of your local Conservative councillors.

Just before Christmas, Councillors Jim Glen and James Spencer represented residents at a well-attended consultation meeting about the plans.

This first stage of the security plan will see measures put in to secure the communal stairways and upper walkways of Longleat and Thorndike Houses and is projected to be installed this year.

The next phase of improvements will look at other parts of the estate and how we can improve security.
