Vaccine Update

From tomorrow COVID-19 vaccines are being offered to:

  • People aged 18 and over
  • People who will turn 18 before 1 July 2021
  • People at high risk from COVID-19 (clinically extremely vulnerable)
  • People with a condition that puts them at higher risk (clinically vulnerable)
  • People with a learning disability
  • People who live or work in care homes
  • Health and social care workers

People who are a main carer for someone at high risk from COVID-19

If any of these categories apply to you, Westminster has several sites at which you can get your vaccine. Please remember to always wear a mask at any vaccination site and to follow all social distancing rules in place. You will need to bring your NHS number and evidence of which category you belong to in order to be vaccinated.

If you have any questions about the vaccine or receiving it in Westminster, the Council has put together a great Frequently Asked Questions guide which might answer your questions. Find it online here.

You should speak to your GP if you have any concerns about being vaccinated.
