Sir Simon Milton Foundation present delivery

Councillors Christabel Flight and Jim Glen helped deliver over 2,000 hampers to the over eighties, particularly those who are housebound. This was an initiative she set up with The Sir Simon Milton Foundation eight years ago and happily, in part due to the impact of COVID, others including Westminster Council are now joining in.

Christabel said: “In addition to surprising our elderly residents with Christmas Hampers, I joined Westminster City Council Officers from the Adults Department in visiting many of Westminster Care Homes where we stood outside serenading residents with a selection of carols.  It was much enjoyed by all!”
