Chiltern Railways: tackling emissions at Marylebone Station

Chiltern Railways has just announced its oldest carriages, built some 50 years ago, are being replaced with new rolling stock from Spring next year. 

It's replacing its Mark 3 carriages with 13 Mark 5A trains, which will be fueled with recyclable vegetable oil, thereby helping reduce emissions, which in turn will help with the residential amenity of those residents who live close by to Marylebone Station.
