Central London ultra low emission zone to be launched in April

Final preparations are underway by Transport for London (TfL) to launch the Central London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) on 8th April 2019. This initiative is being introduced by the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan. If a vehicle does not meet the ULEZ standard, the driver will have to pay a charge. For cars, motorcycles and vans (up to and including 3.5 tonnes) this will be £12.50 per day on top of the current Congestion Charge.
