"It is a huge pleasure, as always, to join in the many festive events across the ward which make Christmas such a special time for our residents and businesses" says local Councillor Rachael Robathan.
"In particular, it is lovely that so many from the local community have been recognised for everything they do to preserve the area as such a great place for all of us.
