Clean streets remain at the heart of our City of Westminster - compared to Labour Camden, where many streets have had waste services cut to fortnightly only
Every home in our Ward has at least two timed-collections a week for household waste, and many blocks have a collection every weekday, so there is absolutely no excuse for on-street rubbish-dumping. If your street is blighted by dumped rubbish bags, please go to www.westminster.gov.uk/report-it.
Westminster City Council is increasing its resources to enforce against dumping offenders. Note that leaving rubbish bags beside our big black bins is also an offence. Put the bags in the bin, or put them out for collection at the proper time.
