Most recently, warning letters have been sent to developers working on 31 Courtnell Street that they must protect the tree on the public highway during the work.
A warning letter was sent to the developers of 1A Rede Place following reports that works were taking place outside the approved hours. Shaun is continuing to monitor the site to ensure it complies with the hours agreed during the planning process.
At 52 Northumberland Place, a site inspection highlighted issues around keeping the pathway clear of mud. An additional inspection on 16 January has seen improvements.
