Two development projects by Westminster City Council have won prestigious awards.
Last Friday, Ebury Edge won the Community Prize at the New London Architecture Awards. The scheme was praised for giving the community continuity during the redevelopment of Ebury Bridge through which the Council is increasing the number of affordable homes in our City.
Ebury Edge is providing temporary space for businesses set up by members of the local community, including a children’s nursery. Your Conservative-led Council is committed to providing opportunities like Ebury Edge to local businesses to support their growth.
The Council’s redevelopment of 21-23 Farm Street, Mayfair recently won the affordable housing category at the British Homes Awards. The redevelopment has provided flats for 14 key workers in the heart of the West End.
