Bike Hangar

Following the success of the initial bike hangars that have been installed across the city, your Little Venice councillors are pushing for more of these to be installed in our local communities.

We are keen to ensure that our conservation areas are protected and so all locations will be sensitively chosen.

We are pushing for an additional hangar to be installed in Sutherland Avenue, as well as one in Warwick Avenue and a further hangar along the Edgware Road, if we can get TFL’s permission.

Labour-run Council belatedly tries to distance itself from the Labour Government’s proposed planning reforms

Thursday, 14 August, 2025
Westminster Conservatives are delighted that the current Labour council has finally publicly agreed with the Conservative councillors’ position on Angela Rayner’s proposed planning reforms. This Labour Government has proposed completely removing local councillors from the decision-making process on almost all applications. Westminster Conservatives pointed out that this is undemocratic and could undermine public trust in planning decisions back in March.
