Responding to news today of a 40% increase in rough sleeping across Westminster, Cllr Paul Swaddle OBE, Leader of the Conservative Group (Opposition) said

A 40% increase in people sleeping rough across Westminster in just one year!

Clearly, the Labour Council is not tackling the issue of rough sleeping and tents in our city. 

Damning for a Council that has had the levers of power for nearly three years.
